Dermala has launched an innovative product combination for acne—supplements and a topical cream.

The products are formulated with microbiome-derived prebiotics, probiotics, and postbiotics that work from outside-in and inside-out to re-balance gut and skin microbiomes.

They aim to strengthen the skin barrier, while calming inflammation and soothing eczema-prone, itchy, dry, and sensitive skin. 

The products don’t contain antibiotics, steroids, drying alcohol, fragrances, phthalates, parabens, or sulphates.

The products are—

SOOTHE Operator—a calming and moisturizing cream that serves as a skin barrier to aid in protection and repair. It includes the brand’s patent-pending CA Microbiome Complex, with colloidal oatmeal, and other ingredients.

MICROBIOME Builder—a supplement that is a “Calming Pre + Probiotic Skin Mix.” It contains antioxidants and spinach leaf extracts.
